Psychopathy is a serious personality disorder characterized by antisocial behavior, untruthfulness, irresponsibility, and lack of remorse or empathy.

They list psychopathic traits as Antisocial Personality Disorder, where the individual seeks thrills and excitement, may fantasize and finally commit murder, and derives sexual excitement from torture, beatings, and manipulation. There is really no racial division from data, but there is a gender differential where most are male and target children and women for abuse.
